| Calling line identification |
| Sometimes it is simply not convenient to take a call. You may have another client in front of you. You may be trying to complete a project before a deadline. It doesn’t mean you don’t want to talk to your caller: You may just prefer to choose a better time to do so. With a CLI unit or a suitable phone, you can see the number of an incoming call before you answer it. It is then up to you to answer it, ignore it or take note to call back later. |
