Ring back on busy & on no reply
 
This service saves you time re-dialling unanswered calls and calls to busy lines. Press 5 before when you encounter a busy line and R 5 when you are not getting a reply, before you put the handset back down.

Phonemail
 
Wouldn’t it be great if you had someone to take your calls when you were out? What if you missed an important enquiry or the chance to help an irate customer? Phonemail is your personal assistant, a more-customer friendly version of an answering service, and one that is completely reliable. Callers may leave messages and you can also see the numbers of missed calls (as long as you have caller ID). Of course, phonemail does have its drawbacks. You will have no excuses...

Calling line identification
 
Sometimes it is simply not convenient to take a call. You may have another client in front of you. You may be trying to complete a project before a deadline. It doesn’t mean you don’t want to talk to your caller: You may just prefer to choose a better time to do so. With a CLI unit or a suitable phone, you can see the number of an incoming call before you answer it. It is then up to you to answer it, ignore it or take note to call back later.

When you are busy, it is easy to forget the time. Use alarm call to remind you of an important appointment. And you can also use it for a wake-up call.

Keep an eye on your phone bill – as often as you need to and whenever you need to. With Web4me you can see your phone bill, what payments have been made and even itemise calls. And you can also pay bills online, report faults and change your account details.

Itemisation
 
The Web4me service means you get many services with the least impact on the environment. If, however, you need a printed itemised bill, this can be requested from GO and will not cost you extra, as long as you do not need the bill to show calls with the minimum charge for local fixed line calls . Full itemisation is available – but at a charge. Simply download the form below and bring it to any of our outlets for registration.

Be green and get your bill promptly by email instead of through the post. Visit one of our outlets to apply for this service. Ebilling is also a Web4me service.

GO online directory
 

Click here to use our online directory. It is so much better than the printed directory: You can search by more than one criterion, for example, by entering the phone number and/or street name and/or surname. The best thing about it is that it is updated daily, so you will be able to find any new face on the block.
