Norbert Prihoda has 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and comes from Emirates International Telecommunications LLC (“EITL”), the Company’s major shareholder, where he holds a senior role with responsibility for EITL’s Portfolio Group. Within this role he is focusing on creating shareholder value at EITL portfolio companies such as Go and Tunisie Telecom, from transformation, restructuring, strengthening competitiveness and managing risk, as well as facilitating execution of improved operational strategies focused on topline growth, cost efficiencies, balance sheet management, capital allocation and people. Mr. Prihoda had previously served as Go's Chief Operations Officer and Group Marketing Director for EITL. Prior to joining EITL he worked in both mature and start-up operations with the extensive operational experience in seven different markets across Europe and Middle East. He contributed to the launch of three mobile start-ups in Middle Eastern countries and the commercial restructuring of a Greek incumbent operator. Prior to these assignments he spent over 6 years with T-Mobile in Central Europe in different management positions. Working for T-Mobile he also participated in international activities of the group bringing together best practices and synergies of the group companies in different European markets. Norbert Prihoda comes from Slovakia, graduated in the field of International Business Management. In 2005 he concluded his PhD studies in the area of foreign direct investments in telecommunications.
