Ring back on busy & on no reply


Are you missing important calls, or you are out and thinking about so much that you could do with having your home telephone line diverted to your mobile phone?

These are just two problems our value-added services resolve.

Ring back – If a fixed line number if busy or if no one replies, let us take over. We will let you know when our work is done! This service comes with our compliments. There is no:

No installation fee 
No rental
No activation and deactivation charges

There is no need to apply for the service or to inform GO that you are using it.
Ring Back automatically re-dials until the number is available or the person answers. Simply press 5 if the number is busy or R5 if there is no reply.
 
You will hear a different continuous tone confirming activation of the service
 
Replace the handset. Ring Back will keep trying for 45 minutes.
 

When Ring Back manages to get through, it will call you back with a different ring tone.

 
If you want to stop trying to connect, simply lift the handset and press # 37 # . The tone will revert to the normal one.

While Ring Back is trying to connect, you will hear a different ring tone when you pick up the handset.

Ring Back can only be programmed for one telephone number at a time.

No charges are incurred when programming Ring Back. You only pay for the call if you manage to get through.

This service is available to registered Easyline customers. Click here for usage instructions.

This service is available on Telecare and Tafda sets equipped with digital buttons.

It may not be possible to activate this service from a telephone switching system (PABX). Service is not available on lines within a hunting system.

Ring Back takes precedence over the Call Waiting service.

If you have a private or public payphone connected to your telephone service, you may not want it to be used for Ring Back. You can call Freephone 8007 2121 to ask us to remove the facility.
