TIPS

(a) For each call directed towards the public switched telephone network and transferred from one exchange line to another exchange line on the public switched telephone network following activation of the automatic call transfer facility of the star service, the calling person/subscriber (or the called subscriber in case of incoming collect calls from overseas) shall be charged for the call by the appropriate local or overseas telephone operator in accordance with the applicable charge specified in this price list.

(b) For each call directed towards the public switched telephone network and transferred from one exchange line to another exchange line on the public switched telephone network of a third party operator following activation of the automatic call transfer facility of the star service, the called person/subscriber (or the called subscriber in case of incoming collect calls from overseas) whose call activated the call transfer towards the exchange line on the public switched telephone network of a third party operator shall be charged for the call according to the charges specified in the price list in respect of calls directed to the respective network.

(c) For each call directed towards the public switched telephone network and transferred from one exchange line to a mobile number on the public mobile system following activation of the automatic call transfer facility of the star service, the calling person/subscriber shall be charged for the call at the charges specified in the price list for calls towards the public switched telephone network, whilst the called person/subscriber whose exchange line on the public switched telephone network activated the call transfer towards the public mobile system shall also be charged for a mobile call at the charges specified in this price list in respect of calls directed towards the public mobile system.

(d) For each call directed towards the public switched telephone network and transferred from one exchange line to a mobile number on the public mobile system following activation of the tring facility of the star service, the calling person/subscriber shall be charged for the call at the charges specified in the price list for calls towards the public switched telephone network, whilst the called person/subscriber whose exchange line on the public switched telephone network activated the call transfer towards the public mobile system shall also be charged for a mobile call directed towards the public mobile system, at the reduced charge of 2c5 every 15 seconds. This applies even if the person/subscriber has exercised the option of barring from access to the public mobile system his exchange line, which has tring activated on it.
