We offer a range of telecoms apparatus to help our customers with special needs to keep in close contact with friends and family. The simple phone can be a support line, a careline, a chatline and a lifeline for our loved ones. We offer specialised services for people with hearing, sight, voice or dexterity impairments. Our products range from text phones to a special emergency alarm, Telecare, a service which we run with health and social care professionals.

Amplified phone sets

Phone sets designed for the hearing impaired or persons having partial voice loss. The set has the possibility of increasing the level of either the incoming or the outgoing speech. It has three different ringing tones to allow the user to choose the one that is the easiest to hear. There is also a ringer volume control to let you choose how loudly the phone rings. It is also equipped with a call indicator that flashes when the phone rings. Besides this, the phone set can have either an additional earpiece or headset. The set is also fitted with an inductive coupler, so that they are ideal for a person using a hearing aid.

Portable amplifier

A portable amplifier that simply straps around any phone handset, thus is amplifying the incoming speech. This item is small and thus can be carried anywhere.

Tone caller

The tone callers are designed to increase the phone's ringing tone.

Silent call indicator

Designed for persons having profound loss of hearing. It flashes a very bright light when the phone rings.

Large button phone set

A phone set having a large keypad designed for visually impaired persons.

Text phone

Apparatus designed for those persons who are profoundly deaf, and thus cannot make use of an ordinary phone set. With the text phone, you type the conversation and it is displayed on a screen. One may call on 21 440 550 to communicate with the text phone relay service.

Telecare

Telecare is an alarm unit that includes a petite button that can be attached unobtrusively to all types of clothing on the person. The Telecare set is equipped with a sensitive microphone and loudspeaker. In case of emergency the red alarm button on the set and petite button is pressed and this will automatically dial to the control centre, where the operator will have all the customer's details.
