Your new mobile bill explained

 

Welcome to the new mobile bill format - simple and consistent with the rest of GO's bills. Only the presentation has changed, all charges have remained the same. Here we are highlighting what different sections represent and where to find them.

General bill details, including Customer Number, Bill Number and the Date when the bill was printed.
Billing address where any bills relating to this account are sent.
Denotes that this bill refers to your mobile services.
Unpaid balances (if any) from previous bills are shown here.
Mobile number being billed.
Tariff plan name, the recurring monthly charges and any applicable discounts, for example discounts associated with payments done through a Direct Debit Mandate.
The units consumed per category, for example, number of calls and/or SMS. A - denotes charges which are taxable, C - denotes charges which are non taxable. Usage charges for the specific billing period categorised into local, international and roaming usage, without taxes.
This section also includes the respective deductions made relative to the free bundle/s given as part of your tariff plan.
Summary of charges with and without VAT and Excise Tax.
Total amount due for the billing period including taxes and previous balances.
This is an information box. In this case, it indicates that the bill is paid through a Direct Debit Mandate.
Remittance Advice Section:- If you do not have a Direct Debit Mandate and you wish to pay by Credit Card, refer to back of actual bill.
