Getting Started with Auto Top-Up
1. What is the Auto Top-up service?
When you subscribe to Auto Top-up, you will never be caught out of credit again on your Pay As You GO number. With Auto Top-up, you can set up your mobile number or your friend's number to be automatically topped up when you reach certain criteria, such as when your credit falls below a certain amount. 2. How does Auto Top-up work?
Upon registration, you register also your Credit or Debit Card details. You then have the facility to set up the top-up triggers according to your preferences. Whenever the triggers are activated and a top-up is made, the balance is taken from the Credit or Debit Card inserted during registration.
3. Can I use Auto Top-up to top-up someone else's Pay As You GO account?
Yes, you have the facility of topping up someone else's Pay As You GO account as long as the mobile numbers to be topped up are GO numbers. You can top-up a total of ten different GO numbers using the same Credit/Debit Card. You also have the facility of viewing the receipts of mobile numbers that have been topped up through your Auto Top-up rules from My GO. Click here for further details on My GO.

4. What should I do to subscribe to Auto Top-up?
To subscribe to this service, you can either
- visit one of GO's Retail Outletsto fill in and sign the subscription form. You will need to take your mobile phone, your Identity Card or Passport and your Credit/Debit Card with you; or
- subscribe electronically through My GO, GO's web portal.
5. If I am subscribed to Auto Top-up, will I still be able to top-up manually?
Yes, even if you are subscribed to Auto Top-up you can still top-up manually.

6. What settings can I choose to automatically top-up my Pay As You GO account?
You can set Auto Top-up to automatically top-up your account during the following instances:
a» Fixed monthly top-up:
Your Pay As You GO balance will be topped up with a fixed amount on the same day every month.
You can select to top up € 5 (30 days), € 10 (90 days), € 20 (180 days) or € 50(360 days) on a Calendar-by-date basis between day 1 and day 28. Top-up will take place between 09:00 and 12:00.
Should the top-up fail, the application will perform a number of retries. Should these retries be unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS giving you further information on the way forward.
b» Top-up on pre-defined balance threshold: Your pre-paid balance will be topped up when the balance threshold which you would have set is reached. You can select Auto Top-up to be triggered when the balance threshold reaches either € 2.33 or € 4.66.
You can select to top-up with € 5 (30 days), € 10 (90 days), € 20(180 days) or € 50 (360 days) values. Top-up will take place as soon as the balance threshold is reached.
Should the top-up fail, the application will perform a number of retries. Should these retries be unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS giving you further information on the way forward.

My GO Auto Top-Up Features
7. I am registered to Auto Top-up. Can I change the top-up settings which I set up during registration?
Yes, you have the facility to change certain Auto Top-up settings through My GO.
8. Can I view Auto Top-Up receipts?
Yes, you can access all your electronic receipts through My GO. My GO gives you the facility to view the receipts of all the electronic top-ups you made, including those made through Auto Top-Up, for both your number and other GO Pay As You GO numbers. Simply log on to your My GO account, click on the 'My E-Topups' tab and you will be able to view or download the top-up receipts.
9. Can I print a top-up receipt?
Yes. All electronic receipts will remain stored in My GO for up to 180 days from when the top-up is affected. GO suggests that you print or store these receipts on your computer if you think that you will need to refer to them at a later date.
10. How do I register to Auto Top Up from My GO?
Simply logon to your My GO account, click on the 'Auto Top-Up' button and follow the easy step-by-step guide. If you are a pay monthly customer, you can also register online to Auto Top-up to top-up a friend's Pay As You GO account.
11. Are there any charges to use this service?
There are no charges to use this service. However, when registering online, GO requires that a one-off transaction charge of €0.01 is affected to verify your registered Debit/Credit Card. This charge is applicable every time you change your Debit or Credit Card details.
