Getting Started

1. What is the My GO Phonebook?
The My GO phonebook is a repository where you can store personal details (name, surname, nickname and mobile number) of a number of persons.

2. How can I add entries to my phonebook?
In order to create a new entry in your phonebook, you just need to:
a. Click on the icon 'Phonebook'.
b. Click on the tab 'Add Entry'.
c. Type in the details for the entry as indicated by the user-friendly application.

3. What fields are required to add a new entry?
In order to add a new entry to your phonebook you would need to enter at least the name, mobile number and nickname (nick) of the person you would like to add.

4. How many entries can I save in my phonebook?
You many save up to 500 entries.

6. How can I send an SMS using the phonebook facility?
To use the phonebook facility when sending an SMS from My GO, simply:
a. Write the message that you would like to send.
b. Click on the icon 'Phonebook'.
c. Select the recipient by ticking the check box next to the recipient's name.
d. Click on the icon 'Include selected recipients'.
e. Click on 'Send SMS'.

7. How can I edit a single or grouped entry already saved in my phonebook?
You can edit a single or grouped entry by clicking on the icon 'Edit' and following the instructions.

8. What other facilities does the phonebook offer?
When using the phonebook, you may:
- Add and delete entries as necessary
- Sort entries:
a. In ascending order
b. In descending order
c. In order of the most used number
d. By aliases
- Edit entries

- Create nested groups

9. What is a nested group?
A nested group is a group within a group. For example, you may have a general group called 'Friends' that is sub-divided into smaller groups called 'football team', 'study pals' and 'cinema fans'.
