In the case of Pay Monthly subscriptions, the prices quoted in the previous page are exclusive of the 3% Excise Tax. For Pay As You GO subscriptions, the 3% Excise Tax is already included in the top-up administration charge. |

The charges apply to Internet/e-mail access only. WAP browsing is excluded and is charged at a different rate. |

In the case of a Pay Monthly subscription, the Access Fee ('Charge') is paid in advance and is charged pro-rata from the date of subscription. This means that if you subscribe on the 10th of the month, you will pay two-thirds of the Access Fee for the first month. The full Access Fee will start being applied for the next month onwards. |

In the case of a Pay Monthly subscription, the data usage within the bundle is allocated pro-rata from the date of subscription. This means that if you subscribe on the 16th of the month, your data bundle for that month will be half your normal monthly entitlement. You will start benefitting from the full bundle as from the first day of the next month. |

GO Mobile will not interrupt the Internet/e-mail access if the monthly data usage within the bundle is reached or exceeded. |

IIt is your responsibility to keep track of the data usage every month through the available means that include: 1) the Internet/e-mail SMS Notification Service offered by GO Mobile; 2) the data device counters and 3) any independent software you install on your computer. Other mobile usage for the Business Unplugged, such as SMS and MMS, is charged at the same rates as GO Mobile's Business Plan. |
