GO Chat

1.

GO Chat is a service owned and operated by MobIsle Communications Ltd. ('GO mobile').

2.

Access to and use of this service are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this service.

3.

GO mobile shall exercise its best endeavours to ensure that this service is always available. However, you hereby acknowledge that faults may lead to the temporary unavailability of the service.

4.

GO Chat users shall be charged the applicable rates for using the service as communicated, amongst others, in GO mobile's website.

5.

GO Chat is an unmonitored chat room service. GO Chat users are strongly encouraged to read the Tips on Chat Room Safety prior to accessing the service.

6.

In using this service, you hereby acknowledge that GO mobile is not responsible for the content of messages sent or delivered through its GO Chat service. All opinions, questions, comments and information sent by GO Chat users within the GO Chat rooms belong solely to the senders and are not endorsed by, nor do they in any way reflect the policies or opinions of GO mobile.

All SMS sent through GO Chat display the sender as being 2428 and are sent to all the users within the chat room. The user's mobile number and/or other registration details are not made visible or disclosed to chat room users by GO mobile.

8.

Users will be required to select a nickname in order to access GO Chat services. This nickname, like all other content in GO Chat, is unmonitored and is solely at the user's discretion and responsibility. Users who create a chat room are likewise solely responsible for the name given to this same chat room.

9.

Users who access a chat room will continue receiving SMS messages sent to the chat room until they sign out by using the appropriate command or unless your service is otherwise blocked.

10.

Access to GO Chat is restricted to registered GO mobile users who are aged sixteen (16) years and over.

11.

Users who are younger than sixteen (16) years of age may be given access to GO Chat if one of their parents or a legal guardian requests the provision of such services by visiting one of GO mobile's customer contact centres and signing the appropriate form upon due verification. The access will remain active until one of their parents or a legal guardian requests the blocking of such access by visiting one of GO mobile's customer contact centres and signing the appropriate form upon due verification.

12.

Access to GO Chat services for users who are under eighteen (18) years of age may be blocked by one of the parents or a legal guardian by visiting one of GO mobile's customer contact centres and signing the appropriate form upon due verification. The service will remain blocked until one of the parents or a legal guardian requests the unblocking by visiting one of GO mobile's customer contact centres and signing the appropriate form upon due verification or the registered user turns eighteen (18) years of age.

13.

GO mobile will use its best endeavours to provide a prompt and efficient service as described in these Terms and Conditions, but will not be liable for any:
a. loss of data;
b. loss resulting from non-delivery, mis-delivery or late delivery of SMS;
c. loss resulting from any errors, omissions, or misstatements in any or all information or services obtained on or through GO Chat;
d. loss resulting from the acts and/or omissions of GO mobile users; and
e. incorrect use and access to the service.

14.

GO mobile processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO mobile will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO mobile.
