When you order a Mix & Match Home Pack, we can provide you with a Smart Hub 4G modem. This will get you online immediately without a technician needing to visit until we’re able to install your fixed internet service. If you instead opt for our Plug'n'GO internet, you just need to plug in the modem yourself to get connected as soon as it's delivered.
You can collect your Smart Hub on the same day from a number of our outlets, or you can receive it by courier delivery (depending on availability). One of our team will discuss these options with you over a call after you submit your order. All of our technicians are geared up with protective equipment, so if you prefer, full installation is still available.
What are the steps to order online?
