What is a TV pass?

The <a href="https://www.go.com.mt/homepack-community/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Home Pack community</a> is an add-on benefit for your mobile service. This added perk is provided to those subscribed to Freedom Plans, Smart Plans, a Smart Plus plan and Play plans, who are also subscribed to a Home Pack.
When forming part of a Home Pack community, you get to enjoy free unlimited calls to other community members, as well as the main Home Pack landline number when in Malta. You are also eligible for other benefits based on the mobile plan you are registered to.
After activating the Home Pack community via SMS, you can <a href="https://www.go.com.mt/support/how-do-i-add-remove-numbers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">add 4 other GO mobile numbers</a> to the community, giving each member the same Home Pack community benefits.

What is the Home Pack Community?

Ordering the products you want online is the ideal solution if you would like to avoid lengthy queues at our retail outlets and get what you need from the comfort of your home.
Once you’ve browsed through the website and located the product you would like to purchase, typically there will be button urging you to either Submit or Order now. When you click on this button, you will be directed to an order form where you will need to fill in all the necessary details. After you’ve clicked on the ‘Submit’ button, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to finalise the order and get you up and running.

How can I order online?

When you apply for a Home Pack on a 24-month agreement, you will get:

<li>Free landline installation</li>
<li>Free internet installation</li>
<li>Free installation of your TV boxes, up to two boxes (€30 per outlet thereafter)</li>
</ul>
If you apply for your Home Pack without an agreement, the charges for the installations are:
<ul>
<li>€75 for the landline service</li>
<li>€30 per outlet for the TV service</li>
</ul>

What are the charges to get my Home Pack services installed?

If you are already subscribed to one of our Home Pack plans at your primary residence, you can get an extension by applying for a “Second Residence” service at <a href="https://www.go.com.mt/our-go-outlets" target="_blank" rel="noopener">one of our retail outlets</a>.
With the Second Residence package, you’ll get the same service you currently have at your primary residence. Having said that, since the landline service cannot be moved from one residence to another, whilst remaining active in the first residence, a new landline number will be provided to you.
When you apply for a Second Residence service, you can opt to either install the service yourself or have one of our technicians do that for you.
Once everything is connected, you will be able to surf the web and stream the same channels you’re used to at home.
You can also choose to <a href="https://www.go.com.mt/forms/pausing-unpausing-of-second-residence-service/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pause and resume your Second Residence service</a> any time you want, for a maximum of 12 months, at a fee of €25 each time you pause the service. When the service is paused, the Second Residence’s landline still remains active with any add-ons you might have and you will still be billed.
