What should I expect from an installation?

When we set up your appointment for installation, we’ll send you a series of SMS reminders to keep you on track with the date and time. These messages will also include a link you can use if you need to reschedule. You’ve got a 48-hour window before the installation to make any changes.

Before our technician arrives, let’s make sure everything’s squared away:

  1. If access to your neighbour’s property (such as their roof, drive-in or façade) is necessary, make sure you’ve got their approval for our technician to proceed.
  2. Make sure there is enough space in the conduit for our technician to work on the wiring.
  3. Move any furniture that might obstruct the installation process beforehand.
  4. Have someone aged 18 or older available during the installation.
  5. Keep in mind that the installation could take around 2 to 3 hours per service, so plan accordingly.
  6. Ensure all your existing equipment is readily available.
  7. Keep your provided contact number reachable so our technician can get in touch before heading over.
  8. Ensure pets are restrained during the installation.

For more detailed information, refer to our Installation Day Guide.

When our technician arrives, they’ll discuss the best approach for the installation and address any inquiries you have. After that, they’ll run some tests to confirm that everything is functioning as expected.
