A.     Your Agreement

1.      These terms and conditions are for the Add-ons available on your tariff plan and should be read in conjunction with the Tariff Plan’s terms and conditions. If anything in this document is in conflict with the Tariff Plan’s terms and conditions, this document will take precedence. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.

2.      We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter any of the available Add-ons, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through them, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

3.      We reserve the right to offer bundles on selected tariff plans only or different bundles or bundle combinations according to tariff plan.

 

B.     The Add-ons

1.      The following Add-ons (the ‘Add-ons’) are add-ons to a Limitless One+, Two+, Three+, Limitless Business One+, Two+ and Three+ Plans provided by Us. You subscribe to these Add-on by signing an Agreement with Us.

2.      These Add-ons are regulated by their terms and conditions. By subscribing to these Add-ons You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to these Add-ons.

3.      The Add-ons consist of the following:

a.      Voice Bundles

     i.    International local calls to EU foreign numbers

1.      Customers on Limitless One+ only may purchase a 150 minutes add-on bundle of international calls from Malta to EU foreign numbers set to be automatically renewed every month for the cost of €5 monthly

2.      Customers on Limitless Two+, Three+ and Limitless Business One+, Two+ and Three+ may purchase a 500 minutes add-on bundle of international calls from Malta to EU foreign numbers set to be automatically renewed every month for the cost of €5 monthly

3.      Customers on Limitless Business One+, Two+ and Three+ may purchase a 50 minutes add-on bundle of international calls from Malta to worldwide foreign numbers set to be automatically renewed every month for the cost of €8 monthly

4.      This bundle can only be used within the same month. Unused units will not be carried forward, and bundle will be refreshed on the 1st of every month. This applies to all types of voice bundles indicated above.

5.      To add or remove this functionality customers are required to visit any GO Retail Outlet.

6.      For the first month only in which these add-ons will be activated, the monthly rent and the bundle allocation will be given pro-rata. Upon the 1st of every other month the full monthly rent and bundle allocation will be given.

 

b.      Data Bundles

Customers on Limitless One+, Two+, Three+ and Limitless Business One+, Two+ and Three+ may purchase the following data bundles:

        i.    Local Data bundles – recurring

1.      A 1GB add-on bundle set to be automatically renewed every month for the cost of €6 monthly; or

2.      A 5GB add-on bundle set to be automatically renewed every month for the cost of €12 monthly.

3.      To add or remove this functionality customers are required to visit any GO Retail Outlet.

4.      Once this data add-ons is activated the customer will be automatically activated for Mobile Share free of charge.

5.      This bundle can only be used within the same month. Unused units will not be carried forward, and bundle will be refreshed on the 1st of every month.

  ii.    Local Data bundles – one-time

       Customers may also opt to send an SMS free of charge to 16412 containing:

1.      “WEB1GB” to activate a 1GB bundle which costs €6 or

2.      “WEB5GB” to activate a 5GB bundle which costs €12

3.      Once the one-time bundle is successfully activated, this will be valid for 30 days, from the date of the SMS confirming successful activation.

4.      This bundle does not recur and does not automatically activate Mobile Share.

5.      The free monthly bundle will always be the first to be consumed. If two consecutive bundles of the same type are purchased one after the other, they will be consumed in succession. The latest time window will apply.

 

 iii.    In cases where customers have multiple mobile data bundles activated, the following is the order how these shall be consumed:

1.      Mobile data part of tariff plan,

2.      Add-on Mobile data of the recurring type,

3.      Add-on Mobile data purchased via SMS commands.

 

C.     Explanation of charges

 

1.      Unless otherwise stated all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax.

2.      Monthly Fee:

a.      The monthly fee is applicable over and above Your Bundled Plan charges.

b.      The monthly fee will be included in Your Tariff Plan’s bill.

 

D.     Other Important Terms and Conditions

1.      If Your Tariff Plan over which Your Add-on is provided, suspended, migrated to Pay As You GO or terminated, the Add-on will be suspended or terminated as well. Other Important Terms and Conditions

2.      Local bundles can only be consumed locally.

3.      EU bundles can only be consumed with the EU.

4.      Outside of EU bundles may only be consumed outside the EU.

5.      Customers at any time check the remaining balance of data in their Bundle by sending an SMS to 16415 as specified in the associated tariff plan guide on www.go.com.mt at no cost.
