1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the Tariff Plan’s and/or Bundled Plan’s terms and conditions, the Product terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.  These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.

2. The offer applicable to Your Agreement is specified in the Application Form. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Service, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

1. The Gold TV Interactive, GO Stars and GO Box sets Package is an Offer (the ‘Offer’).  You subscribe to this Offer by signing an Agreement with Us.

2. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c (‘GO’).

3. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to or take-up this Offer.

4. You may subscribe to this Offer only if You are an active GO residential customer subscribed to Home Pack Speed King (€40 monthly).

5. The charge for this Offer is €20 monthly.

1.      Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.

2.      Monthly Fee:

a.      The monthly fee stated in Clause B.5. recurs monthly unless You inform Us to terminate the offer.

b.      The monthly fee for the first month of subscription is charged on a pro-rata basis.

c.   The Offer consists of Gold TV Interactive and free GO Stars and GO Box sets.

d. You should have GO Interactive TV service to subscribe to this Offer.

e. This Offer is applicable till 30th September 2018.

1. In the event that You terminate the Home Pack Speed King You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible to continue to benefit from this Offer.

2. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods.
