A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions, the Product terms and conditions, the Bundle terms and conditions, the Tariff terms and conditions, Schedule of Charges and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Home Pack Service with Us.

2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. Definitions

1. ‘Residential’ means that the Premises where the Service is installed are used wholly:

a. For residential purposes;

b. As non-governmental organisational Premises, if We decide in Our sole discretion to allow the said non-governmental organisations to benefit from the Residential Bundled Plan.

C. The Offer

1. The ‘Internet GIGA for €39.99 for 24 months + 1 TV Stream Black Friday Offer’ (the ‘Offer’) is an offer made available on select Residential Bundled Plans provided by Us. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.

2. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to or take-up this Offer.
3. The Offer consists of the following:

D. Explanation of the Offer

1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.

2. Monthly Fee:

a. The monthly fee stated in Clause C.3.a. applies as follows:

i. The Offer Price applies for a duration of 24 months from agreement start date.

ii. The Standard Price of Home Pack Internet Giga Including 1 TV Stream applies monthly after the Offer period lapses. You will be charged monthly the standard price as listed in C.3 b for the Home Pack Internet Giga Including 1 TV Stream.
3. Other Offer Information:

a. The Offer is available to new and existing subscribers of the Bundled Plan specified in clause C.3.c. In case that You are an existing subscriber to activate this Offer You must sign a new Bundled Plan agreement as specified in clause C.3.c.
b. The Offer starts from the moment Your Service is activated or if You are an existing subscriber, the Offer starts once You subscribe to the Offer and sign a new Bundled Plan agreement as specified in clause C.3.c.

c. The Offer starts from the moment You subscribe to the Offer.

d. This Offer is available until 30th September 2021.

e. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

f. Offer monthly prices as stated in clause C.3.a are applicable only if
purchased during the offer period listed in clause D.3.d. Once the offer period elapses, standard monthly prices as stated in clause C.3.b will apply when subscribing to Home Pack Internet Giga Including 1 TV Stream.

4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in the Schedule of Charges.
5. The free TV Stream included with this Offer includes basic Start TV with the option of adding optional TV passes.

E. Other Important Terms

1. This Offer is optional.
2. In the event that You terminate Your Bundled Plan, You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible for this Offer and it will automatically cease.
3. If activated upon Your instructions, it is subject to the terms of clauses E.4 and E.5 below.
4. If You do not wish to continue to remain subscribed to Home Pack Internet Giga Including 1 TV Stream after the expiry of the Offer period, You should contact Us prior to the expiry of this Offer term.

5. If You do not inform Us of Your intention to terminate Home Pack Internet Giga Including 1 TV Stream before the expiry of the Offer period, then the standard price stipulated in Clause C.3.b. will apply. This charge will be added to Your Bundled Plan’s bill.
6. You may stop this Offer at any time.
