In fact, our Wholesale Resale Roaming Offer for Regulated Roaming Services, comprises of Regulated Roaming Calls, Regulated Roaming SMS Message and Regulated Data Roaming Service within the European Economic Area ‘EEA’.
It enables eligible authorised operators to provide Regulated Roaming Services as defined in the EU Roaming Regulation, and wherever we have an international roaming agreement in force.
It also provides for unregulated roaming services and access to the network elements and associated facilities, relevant services, software and information systems, necessary for the provision of Regulated Roaming Services by the Resale Access Seeker to its customer.
Our Wholesale Roaming Resale Access Reference Offer for international roaming services is in accordance with Article 3 of the Regulation (EU) 531/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13th June 2012 ‘Roaming Regulation’ and with the BEREC Guidelines on the application of Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation – Wholesale Roaming Access dated 27th September 2012.
