1. This Offer is owned and operated by MobIsle Communications Ltd (‘GO’).
2. Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this Offer.
3. The Offer is applicable from 15^th February 2013 till 30^th June 2019, both dates inclusive or until stocks last whichever comes first.
4. This Offer is valid only to GO mobile customers who during the Offer validity period as specified in Clause 3 above, satisfy any of the conditions laid out below:
   1. are new to GO’s On the Move mobile internet Pay Monthly plans
      1. either as a new GO mobile customer joining GO directly on an  On the Move mobile internet pay monthly package; or
      2. are an existing GO Pay As You GO customer who wishes to participate in this Offer and migrates his/her Pay As You GO service to an On the Move mobile internet Pay Monthly plan; or
   2. are an existing GO’s On the Move mobile internet Pay monthly plan and is not yet benefitting from a term agreement.
5. Customers fulfilling any of the scenarios indicated in Clause 4 above and subscribing to any of the On The Move mobile internet plans indicated in the table below, can benefit from either a device discount or a number of free months of mobile internet as indicated below:

6. To benefit from this Offer, customers need to subscribe to one (1) of the tariff plans indicated below for a minimum term of twenty four (24) months (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Term’) and bind themselves to pay the monthly access fee via Direct Debate Mandate.
7. Further to Clause 5 above and for the avoidance of any doubt the below table indicates the monthly access fee payable by those customers wishing to participate in this Offer and who opt to take the free months of mobile internet offer on the chosen plan instead of a device discount:

8. Customers whose term agreement expires and/or who do not wish to sign a new term agreement will not benefit anymore from the offer above and will be charged the normal rates as follows:

9. Should an existing Pay Monthly customer already tied to a term agreement which is still active wish to benefit from this Offer, s/he may do so. However any penalties due as specified in the signed contractual agreement are to be settled before entering into a new term agreement to benefit from this Offer.
10. The GO’s billing period for mobile services is a calendar month, that is, from the first day to the last day of the month.
11. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax and, as stated earlier, are those applicable when paying via Direct Debit Mandate.
12. This Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other  GO promotional offer.
13. In the event that the customer terminates, or GO restricts, suspends, or otherwise terminates, the term agreement entered into in connection with the Offer prior to the lapse of the Term, the Customer warrants and binds himself to:
    1. pay unto GO the full value of any Device Discount in accordance with the Table shown above and as indicated on the contract signed by and a copy of which is given to the customer; or
    2. pay unto GO the full value of the 3 free months of mobile internet given as part of this Offer, in accordance with the type of subscription chosen.

For the avoidance of doubt, the same shall be applicable in the event that a customer who is benefiting from the Offer decides to terminate and/or change the chosen mobile internet pay monthly plan from those specified in Clause 7 above during the Term.

15. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer.
16. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
17. GO processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to the law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO.
