How to Activate Star Services on Your Telephone Line

1. Automatic Call Transfer
Activate this service to direct your calls to any telephone number of your choice, even your mobile number.

How to Activate
press * 21 * Tel. No. to direct calls to #

For example: To transfer all your incoming calls to Telephone number 21245678, press * 21 * 21245678 #

How to Deactivate
press # 21 #

2. Call Transfer on Busy
When activated, this service reroutes your calls to another telephone automatically when you are busy on your line.

How to Activate
press * 67 * Tel. No. to divert calls to #

For example: To transfer all your incoming calls to Telephone number 21245678, press * 67 * 21245678 #

How to Deactivate
press # 67 #

3. Call Transfer on No Reply
When activated, this service diverts calls to another telephone number if your telephone is not answered within four rings.

How to Activate
press * 61 * Tel. No. to divert calls to #

For example: To transfer all your incoming calls to Telephone number 21245678, press * 61 * 21245678 #

How to Deactivate
press # 61 #

 

Please Note

    • You can divert call to a mobile number, but not an international number.
    • You can still make outgoing calls.
    • Charges are applicable. (The calling party always incurs the charge of the call to the fixed line according to the tariff plan that the calling party is on depending on whether the calling party is calling from a fixed or mobile line. If the divert is from a fixed line to a mobile line, the called party will incur the cost of the mobile call according to the fixed line tariffs the called party is on; if the called party is on an Unlimited Any Local Business Infinity fixed line tariff then the called party does not incur charges for the mobile leg.)
