Open / Close my Roaming and/or International Settings

If you are currently abroad and cannot connect to a network, this might mean that your mobile service is blocked for Roaming use.

If you are trying to call an international number but you are getting disconnected, this might mean that your mobile service is blocked for International use.

In these cases, please send us a signed handwritten request, including information about which setting you want to activate or close, the account owner’s name and surname, mobile number, identification number and signature. Once we receive all the required information, we will be able to activate or close your Roaming and International settings, as requested, and we will contact you on your email address to inform you accordingly.
