Data & Privacy Consent Statement

We (hereinafter referred to as “GO p.l.c” “GO” or “we”) only collect, use and store the information about you which you provide us with in a lawful manner. GO processes all personal data lawfully and in a proportionate, fair and justified manner and in a manner which recognises, respects and protects your rights. We process your data based on your consent (which you provide by clicking ‘I Consent’) and our legitimate interest in conducting research.

By clicking “I Consent,” you agree to:

1. What we collect – We collect your name, email, phone number, age, gender, location, and survey responses to administer the panel and Rewards Program.

2. How we use it – Your data is used to:

• Send you surveys and panel invitations
• Process and deliver your rewards
• Improve our services
• Conduct market research

3. Anonymized analysis – All research insights and reports use anonymized, aggregated data only. Individual responses are never identified or shared.

4. No individual tracking – We do not track or monitor your individual behaviour or preferences for analysis purposes.

5. Data protection – Your personal data is protected under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Malta’s Data Protection Act. We use encryption and secure systems to keep your information safe

6. No selling data – We never sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared in anonymized form for research.

7. Your rights as the Data Subject – You can:

• Request access to your personal data
• Correct or delete inaccurate information
• Withdraw from the panel anytime
• Opt out of communications
• Request a portable copy of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data for specific purposes

8. Data retention – Your personal data is kept only as long as needed. Once you leave the panel, your data is deleted within 30 days (except where legal retention applies).

9. You are responsible for ensuring that all the data given is complete, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading.
