GO REWARDS PLUS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the “GO Rewards Plus” benefit (the “Benefit”) provided by GO and it’s partners (each referred to hereunder as
a “Partner”) to eligible GO customers. By being subscribed to this Benefit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Benefit is exclusively and automatically available to customers subscribed to the Freedom Plus Tariff as determined and communicated by
GO from time to time.
2.2. To redeem the Benefit, customers must present a valid proof of eligibility, as communicated by GO, at the time of purchase.

3. Offer Details
3.1 Eligible customers will be able to redeem, view and engage in any of the offers within the Benefit that are listed below or can be viewed from the
GO App:

i. Cloudigo Premium Subscrption (Expiring July 31st 2027)
ii. Klikk 10% Discount (Expiring July 31st 2027)
iii. GO Outlets 10% Discount on physical products (Expiring July 31st 2027)
iv. Eden XP Arcade

a. OneTime – Double Arcade Credit. Top-Up with €25 and get €50 worth of arcade credit (Expiring 30th October 2026)
b. Eden Cinemas: 10% off Popcorn, Nachos and drinks from Eden Cinemas Bar (Expiring 30th October 2026)
c. 25% off Darts (Expiring 30th November 2026)
d. 25% off Laser Tag (Expiring 30th November 2026)
e. 25% off bowling (Expiring 30th November 2026)
v. 15% off V.J Salomone Marketing online shop (vjsm.com.mt) (Expiring 31st August 2027)

3.2. The expiry dates for the benefits listed above in (3.1) are subject to extension.
3.3. The Benefit cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts unless specified by GO or the vendor providing the
offer.
3.4. If you terminate your eligible GO plan, you will no longer be entitled to this Benefit.

4. Redemption & Availability
4.1. Each offers forming part of the Benefit may be subject to a specific validation process and the Partner’s terms and conditions. This may include
(but is not limited to) scanning a QR code, printing a specified document, providing a unique code and/or subscribing to a Partner’s application /
website. Instructions to redeem or validate each Offer may be provided Partner via the GO app or even sent to you by e-mail or SMS. There may be
a further scan required by the Partner for security reasons.
4.2. Each offer may be subject to the terms and conditions set by the relevant Partner. GO shall not be responsible in the event that a Partner
refuses to honour an offer if the Partner’s terms are not respected or satisfied by You. It is your responsibility to read and accept the Partners’ terms
and conditions prior to Partner redeeming any offer. Such terms and conditions may be subject to change by the Partner from time to time.
4.3. The Benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If You are found to share any codes or offer validation provided by this Benefit, GO shall have the right to terminate Your Account.

5. General Terms
5.1. GO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Benefit at any time by giving you thirty (30) days’ notice.
5.2. GO shall not be held responsible for any temporary or permanent closure of a Partner’s establishments and/or operations.
5.3. In the event of any dispute, GO and the Partner’s decision shall be final, failing which recourse can be made to the Malta Competition and
Consumer Affairs Authority on 2395 2000 or [email protected].
5.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts
