GO Ventures invests in next-gen AI cybersecurity startup Jericho
03 August 2026

GO Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of GO plc, has announced an investment in Jericho Security, a New York-based cybersecurity company helping organisations defend against the next generation of AI-powered cyber threats.
“This investment reflects our strategy of backing innovative technology companies, and emphasises our focus on cybersecurity as a key pillar of our service offerings,” said Nikhil Patil, CEO of GO plc. “As artificial intelligence reshapes the cybersecurity landscape, organisations require new approaches that can evolve as quickly as the threats they face, making cybersecurity an increasingly important area of innovation and investment.”
Founded in 2023, Jericho Security has developed an AI-native platform that enables organisations to simulate highly realistic phishing, voice, SMS, video and other social engineering attacks. By combining generative AI with adaptive security awareness training, the platform helps organisations strengthen what is often their most vulnerable security layer: people.
The company recently raised a US$15 million Series A funding round led by Era Fund, with participation from leading technology investors including Lux Capital, Plug and Play Ventures, Gaingels, Dash Fund and Distique Ventures. The funding will support continued product development and international expansion.
“GO Ventures brings more than capital to this partnership. GO’s deep cybersecurity expertise and established presence across the European market make them an ideal partner as we expand Jericho’s platform into new territories,” said Sage Wohns, CEO of Jericho Security. “Their team understands both the technical challenges organisations face today and how the region’s cybersecurity landscape is evolving, which will be invaluable as we grow our footprint in Europe.”
Jericho demonstrates the success of its advanced solutions with its growing customer base including the US Air Force, NFL and many more.
GO Ventures invests in early-stage technology companies with the potential to create long-term strategic value, focusing on sectors including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, digital infrastructure and enterprise software.
