You can remove Direct Debit from the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is:

• Log into MyGO
• Click on Settings at the top menu
• Then click on Direct Debit
• Select Direct Debit Mandates from the side menu
• Click on the Delete button next to the direct debit details you wish to remove
