Using keypad

• • Unconditional (all calls)
    • Activate *21*[destination number]#
    • Cancel ##21#
  • If Busy
    • Activate *67*[destination number]#
    • Cancel ##67#
  • If No Answer (after a few rings)
    • Activate *61*[destination number]#
    • Cancel ##61#

• • If Unreachable (off or out of coverage)
    • Activate *62*[destination number]#
    • Cancel ##62#

Android

• From the ‘phone’ app tap the 3 dots at the top and select ‘call settings’
• Select ‘supplementary settings’
• Select ‘Call forwarding’

iOS

• From the ‘settings’ app select the ‘apps’ tab
• Select ‘Phone’
• Select ‘Call forwarding’
