This depends on the Home Pack you have. Take a look at these scenarios.

• Giga: Your free TV stream remains included when you renew your Home Pack.
• Super or Boost: The free TV stream is included only for the initial 24 months only. When you renew the same Home Pack after this period, the free TV stream does not renew.
• If you upgrade your Home Pack: If your new package that includes a free TV stream, you’ll receive it as part of the upgrade.

So, renewing or restarting the same Home Pack does not automatically mean you’ll receive a new free TV stream. Your eligibility depends on your Home Pack and whether you’re renewing or upgrading.
