If you’re on a 24-month Home Pack agreement and decide to end it early, an early termination fee will apply. This fee depends on how long you’ve been in the agreement:

• If it’s been a year or less: €200
• If it’s been more than a year but less than two years: €100

Please note that services within the Home Pack are part of a single agreement and cannot be terminated separately. To stop any service, the full Home Pack agreement would need to be cancelled.
