A. Your Agreement
1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the GO TV Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.
1. ‘TV Pass’ refers to the; Entertainment, Sports or Movies and Series TV Pass.
C. The Offer
1. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c (‘GO’).
2. The ‘3 Free months of GO TV service with mobile Freedom Plans’ (the ‘Offer’) is an Offer made available on the mobile Freedom Plans provided by Us. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.
3. To benefit from this Offer you must first subscribe to a mobile Freedom Plan and opt for this offer by sending an SMS.
4. With this offer You will get access to 3 free months of GO TV which consists of one (1) TV stream and one (1) TV Pass of Your choice.
5. This Offer is applicable on only one (1) TV Pass. Therefore, if You would like to add other TV Passes, the standard fee of €5.99 monthly per TV Pass applies as listed in clause C.7.c.
6. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You should not subscribe or take-up this Offer.

D. Explanation of the Offer
1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.
2. Monthly Fee:
i. The Offer applies for one (1) TV stream which includes Start TV and one (1) TV Pass for a period of 3 months when You subscribe to any mobile Freedom Plan.
ii. Once You no longer remain eligible to the Offer the standard monthly price for the TV Service as listed in clause C.7.b will become applicable if You opt to retain the TV service.
3. Other Offer Information:
a. The Offer is available to You when subscribing to a new GO mobile Freedom Plan as stated in clause C.7.d.
b. The Offer starts once You opt in for it by sending an SMS.
c. This Offer is available for a limited time period.
d. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer shall not be available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Direct Debit Mandate (DDM) is the default payment method for this Offer. If You opt not to pay via DDM, a €1.00 monthly charge applies per bill issued.
5. This Offer is by default an e-billing service. This means that You will receive Your bill through electronic means by Using Our e-billing functionality available through Our Website. You agree to register for this functionality and to supply Us with a valid email address where We can notify You when Your bill is available as well as to send You other relevant information. Otherwise a €2.00 charge per bill issued applies.
E. Other Important Terms
1. The Offer is optional.
2. As of 16th December, this Offer shall replace the TV Anywhere Lite Offer and this Offer shall be available to customers subscribing to a new Freedom Plan Agreement with Us.
3. In the event that You terminate Your mobile Freedom Plan during the 3 month period You will still continue benefitting from this Offer and these Terms & Conditions will remain applicable.
4. Should You not wish to remain subscribed to the TV service after the expiry of the free Offer period, You must contact Us prior to the expiry of the Offer so that We will terminate the TV service.
5. Should You not inform Us of Your intention to terminate the TV service before the expiry of the free Offer period, then the standard monthly price stipulated in Clause C.7.b. will apply. This charge will be added to Your bill.
6. You may stop the Offer at any time.
