The following services are discontinued. Customers might still be subscribed but the services are no longer available for new activations.

  • Internal extensions

Costumers subscribed to this service are entitled to free fault rectifications in their telephone extension.

  • Frequent Caller scheme
a. Frequent Caller Basic – 10% discount on calls from a fixed line to 3 telephone numbers chosen.

 

The registered telephone number can be local fixed line phone numbers, local mobile numbers, international fixed line phone numbers or a combination of all these.

b. Frequent Caller Plus – 12% discount on calls from a fixed line to 4 telephone numbers chosen.

 

The registered telephone number can be local fixed line phone numbers, local mobile numbers, international fixed line phone numbers or a combination of all these.

c. Frequent Caller Special – 15% discount on calls from a fixed line to 5 telephone numbers chosen.

 

The registered telephone number can be local mobile numbers or any international phone number, whether the international call terminates on a fixed or mobile line, or a combination of all these.

In case of Carelink packages other than the Flexi-Package and in case of the Monitoring Only Option 1, a normal local call charge applies whenever an alarm is reported by the system to the Monitoring Centre, according to the time, day and duration of the call.

2. The Lifeline 400 set is available for sale at the price of € 267.88 (incl. VAT). This price does not include any Extra Value Added Services and/or Monitoring Charges.

The Carelink Value Added Services which can be chosen within these bundles are the ones having a Charge of € 2.33 monthly rent. The alarm equipment leased through these bundles becomes the ownership of the Subscriber after a period of 4 years, provided the Subscriber has honoured all his obligations under the terms and conditions of the Carelink Service.

*** Customers opting for this bundle can either lease the Lifeline 400 Unit at € 5.50 per month extra, apart from the Charge of the bundle or purchase it at € 5.50 per month extra, apart from the Charge of the bundle or purchase it at an 8% discount on the normal selling price.

Terms & Conditions

1. Talk 200 is a tariff plan available for existing and new GO PSTN, postpaid, residential customers on an opt-in basis.

2. The tariff plan is applicable per line, not per account. This means that customers are to indicate each of the telephone numbers for which they wish to apply for Talk 200 tariff plan.

3. Monthly subscription for Talk 200 tariff plan is €9.20 (incl. VAT) and includes: • 200 free minutes a month for calls originating from the GO network and terminating on the GO network.

4. The free minutes are available during all time-bands.

5. Part calls will be rounded to a full minute.

6. The free minutes will be the first 200 on-net minutes made during each month. Thereafter call charges of €0.03,5 per minute apply.

7. Free minutes are not carried forward to the following month.

8. Local calls outside the bundle of free minutes originating from Talk 200 fixed lines and terminating on other fixed local networks will be charged at €0.03,5 per minute. Charging will be on a per minute basis.

9. Local calls originating from Talk 200 fixed lines and terminating on mobile lines will be charge at €0.23,3 per minute. Charging will be on a per 15 second basis.

10. International Calls will be charged according to charges for direct dialling in or TEN21, whichever service is used for international calls, as published in the GO Price List at GO website . In the case of international calls made through direct dialling, the charge for the local leg will be of €0.03,5 per minute.

11. The Talk 200 tariff plan is not applicable for calls terminating on 2188 or 2186 prefixed telephone numbers. Standard tariffs apply for such calls.

12. Calls on star services are charged at €0.03,5 per minute. Free calls are not eligible on star services.

13. Customers who opt in for Talk 200 tariff plan during the month will be charged the subscription fee and given the free minutes, on a pro-rata basis.

14. Customers who opt out of the Talk 200 tariff plan during the month will be refunded the subscription fee, on a pro-rata basis, and will benefit from the free minutes consumed until the point of opt out.

15. Talk 200 tariff plan is not applicable for Easyline and / or ISDN customers. 16. All rates include VAT.

  • Free nights and weekends

Terms & Conditions:

1. Free Nights and Weekends is a tariff plan available for existing and new GO PSTN, postpaid, residential customers on an opt-in basis.

2. The tariff plan is applicable per line, not per account. This means that customers are to indicate each of the telephone numbers for which they wish to apply for Free Nights and Weekends tariff plan.

3. Monthly subscription for Free Nights and Weekends tariff plan is Lm5.50 / €12.81 (incl. VAT) and< includes:

• 200 free minutes per month for calls originating from the GO network and terminating on the GO network.

• Unlimited Free calls during Off-Peak and Night time bands during Monday to Friday for calls originating from the GO network and terminating on the GO network.

• Unlimited Free calls during the weekend for calls originating from the GO network and terminating on the GO network.

4. The free minutes are available during Peak time bands.

5. Part calls will be rounded to a full minute.

6. The free minutes will be the first 200 on-net minutes made during each month. Thereafter call charges of 1c7 / €0.0395 per minute apply.

7. Free minutes are not carried forward to the following month.

8. Local calls outside the bundle of free minutes originating from Free Nights and Weekends fixed lines and terminating on other fixed local networks will be charged at 1c7 / €0.0395 per minute. Charging will be on a per minute basis.

9. Local calls originating from Free Nights and Weekends fixed lines and terminating on mobile lines will be charge at 10c / €0.23 per minute. Charging will be on a per 15 second basis.
