Late Payment Penalty Charge

First penalty due to late payment. This charge will be incurred if clients do not pay their telephone bill. This charge will show on the first bill which shows arrears. If 10 days after the payment due date of the first bill which shows arrears, payment of arrears is not settled in full, interest at 8% per annum will commence and continue until payment is settled.
