Free Mobile Data Offers to selected Pay As You GO customers
These offers are owned and operated by Mobisle Communications Ltd. (GO).
Access to the benefits of these offers is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification.
The Offers are applicable for the period indicated from time to time in that particular offer to selected customers. These customers will be informed of the duration and any other relative details of the particular offer via SMS or any other communication channel as chosen by GO from time to time.
The Offers are available to selected GO mobile Pay As You GO customers. Selected customers may vary from one offer to another. These customers will be informed that they can avail from this offer via SMS or any other communication channel as per above.
Customers eligible for these Offers, as per clause 4 above, will benefit from a Free mobile data bundle for a limited time period. The limited time period starts as soon as the customer receives the SMS notification that the particular offer has been awarded, irrespectively from any setup required to be able to connect to mobile data, as per clause 11 below.
Customers will benefit from the free mobile data bundle above mentioned on a one-time basis.
The free mobile data bundle awarded is valid for local usage only. The data bundle is consumed on a 1KB basis. The usual data roaming charges apply when using data services from abroad.
In the event that the limited time period associated with the free reward as per Clause 5 above has expired or the reward given has been totally consumed, any data usage made will be charged at standard pay per use rates. Otherwise customers can purchase a prepaid data bundle.
To check the remaining balance of the free reward given in conjunction with these offers, customers must send a blank SMS to the 16415. Querying the bundle is free of charge.
Any unutilised free mobile data units remaining after the expiry of the particular offer period will be lost.
Customers need to make sure that their Pay As You GO SIM card and their mobile device is correctly set up to connect to mobile data in order to benefit from the free mobile data bundle. To setup their Pay as You GO SIM card customers can send an SMS with ‘INTERNET’ to 16413 free of charge. To setup their mobile device customers can call Customer Care on 146 (FREE from a GO mobile connection) or on 79 222 146 (from any other connection).
If customers have a combination of a free mobile data bundle obtained through this offer, and other paid-for prepaid data bundles, the free mobile data bundle will be consumed first.
Customers benefitting from these Offers will be able to migrate to any other Pay As You GO tariff plan and continue to benefit from these Offers.
Customers benefitting from these Offers will be able to migrate to GO Pay Monthly at any time. Should customers migrate from Pay As You GO to a GO Pay Monthly Plan during the offer validity period as per Clause 3 above, will not continue to benefit from these Offers. Any unused mobile data units will not be transferred to the new tariff plan and will be lost.
Customers migrating from GO Pay Monthly plans to Pay As You GO during the offer period are not eligible for these Offers.
All other charges according to your particular Pay As You GO tariff plan apply.
Other Terms and Conditions relating to your respective Pay As You GO tariff plan apply.
GO’s Pay As You GO Disconnection Policy applies.
From time to time GO may make offers available to specific segments with whom and about which GO will communicate directly. Customers not specifically informed about such offers are not eligible to benefit from these Offers.
These Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer that GO may launch from time to time.
GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from these Offers if there is any deliberate abuse and/or misuse of these Offers.
GO reserves the right to modify and/or terminate these Offers at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
GO processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested or permitted by you or permissible according to the law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO.
