A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the GO TV Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.

2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Prize, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. The Offer

1. This Prize is provided by GO p.l.c (‘GO’).
2. The ‘Free Movies & Series Pass Advent Calendar Prize’ (the ‘Prize’) is a Prize made available on the GO TV service provided by Us.
3. You will also get free Start TV with this Prize.
4. The free Movies & Series Pass and Start TV are for a 12 month period.
5. This Prize is regulated by its terms and conditions. When taking this Prize You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You should not take-up this Prize.

C. Explanation of the Offer

1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.
2. Monthly Fee:
i. The Prize applies for Movies & Series Pass including Start TV for a period of 12 months.
ii. Once the prize duration expires, the standard monthly price for the Movies & Series Pass and Start TV as listed in clause B.6.b will immediately become applicable.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this Prize shall not be available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in clause K of the GO TV Terms and Conditions.

D. Other Important Terms

1. The Prize is optional.
2. Should You not wish to remain subscribed to the Movies & Series Pass after the expiry of the free Prize duration, You must contact Us prior to the expiry of the Prize duration so that We will terminate the Pass.
3. Should You not inform Us of Your intention to terminate the Movies & Series Pass before the expiry of the free Prize duration, then the standard price stipulated in Clause B.6.b. will apply. This charge will be added to Your bill.
4. You may stop the Prize at any time.
