This competition is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’)

1. Access to the benefits of the Competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, without modification.  If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Competition.
2. This Competition will be running between 21^st August 2026 and 23^rd October 2026, during which period GO will announce a different prize and different winners every Friday.
3. Rules to participate:
   1. Participants must be 18 years of age.
   2. Participants must be lawfully residing in the Republic of Malta.
   3. The Competition is open for GO Customers who are subscribed to the GO Freedom Plus tariff and benefitting from the GO Rewards Plus benefit
   4. Eligible participants must have the GO App downloaded onto their device.
   5. Eligible participants must fill in the specific competition online form found on the offers page within the GO App, and must provide the participant’s Name, Surname & Mobile number. This form may be submitted each week during the Competition period, between Friday and Sunday until 23:59.
4. One (1) winner shall be selected at random each week to win the main prize from all valid and eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. All winners will be announced on the following Friday and contacted by a GO representative by phone between Monday and Tuesday of the following week.
5. Nine (9) other winners shall also be selected at random each week on Friday to win the secondary prizes from all valid and eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. The winners will be contacted by a GO representative by phone between Monday and Tuesday of the following week.
   • The first winners will be announced on 28^th August, 2026 and weekly thereafter until 16^th October 2026.
6. The participants selected at random as the potential winners will be required to correctly answer a mystery question before being confirmed as a winner and becoming entitled to claim the applicable prize. Should a selected participant fail to answer the mystery question correctly, GO reserves the right to select another eligible participant at random, who shall be subject to the same verification process.
7. The selected participant will be contacted by a GO representative by telephone on the Monday morning following the applicable weekly draw. If the selected participant does not answer or otherwise respond to GO by 12:00 (midday) on that Monday, the participant will forfeit their entitlement to the prize and GO shall be entitled to select another eligible participant at random. The newly selected participant shall also be required to satisfy all applicable eligibility and verification requirements, including correctly answering the mystery question.

9. Once confirmed as the winner, the winning participant must, no later than Tuesday following the applicable weekly draw, comply with one of the following requirements:
   • Send a photograph of themselves to be used for announcing the winner on social media and GO’s communication channels, together with a copy of a valid identity document, to [email protected]. Following receipt and verification of the required documentation, the winner may collect the prize from the GO Office in Żejtun at a later date agreed or permitted by GO; or
   • Collect the prize from the GO Office in Żejtun no later than Tuesday following the applicable weekly draw and agree to have a photograph taken by GO at the time of collection.
10. Failure to comply with either of the above requirements within the applicable timeframe may result in the winner forfeiting the prize, in which case GO reserves the right to select another eligible participant.
11. To claim the prizes, the winning participants must present a valid identity document or passport.  GO reserves the right not to assign the prize in the event that there is a mismatch between any of the personal details in the identity document and the online form. Any copy or record of the winning participant’s identity document provided to GO for the purposes of identity verification and prize collection shall be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the prize collection process. Once the prize has been successfully collected and the winner’s identity has been verified, any such copy or record of the identity document shall be securely deleted from GO’s systems, subject to any retention requirements imposed by applicable law.
12. The winners of each weekly draw shall only be entitled to the prize announced for that week . The winners shall not be entitled to claim, exchange or request any prize announced in any previous or future week.
13. Entries shall not automatically carry forward to future weekly draws, and  eligible participants must submit a new entry for each weekly prize they wish to participate in.
14. Due to issues of stock, winners acknowledge and understand that a prize may not be immediately available and that there may be unforeseen delays in the delivery of a prize by GO.  GO shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for such delays in delivery and the winner agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to take any legal or non-legal action until a prize is delivered.  In the event that a prize specified becomes unavailable for any reason outside of GO’s control, GO may, but shall not be obliged to, substitute a prize of like or equal value.
15. By participating, Participants grant GO exclusive permission to retain, store and use their personal data, including their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Competition and waive any claims to remuneration, howsoever defined, for such use.
16. Furthermore, by accepting the prize, winning participants agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable public relations (including any media related) requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned. Any winning participant waives any claim for compensation from GO for such public relations and the use of any media taken or for any time required for such participation. Winning participants must also be willing to wear any accessories as required for photographs and other public relations (including media) related events as required.
17. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered in connection with the prizes.  The prizes or any unused portion thereof, are not transferable or exchangeable for any other goods or services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
18. GO (including employees of any GO p.l.c. subsidiary) employees and their immediate families cannot take part in this Competition.
19. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from any known or suspected abuse and/or misuse of this Competition and/or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
20. GO processes and retains personal data in line with the applicable data protection and retention legislation in force in Malta.  By participating in this Competition, participants grant GO consent to be contacted for any reason in connection with the Competition.
21. This Competition is in no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by any other third party, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.  By participating in this Competition participants acknowledge that they are providing information to GO and not to any other third party.
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury and/or loss of life as a result of the Competition, the participant’s entry, the production of the video production, the prize or the winning thereof and/or any public relations (including media) related events associated therewith.
23. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that GO’s only obligation in connection with the competition shall be that of delivering the prizes.
24. This Competition and all matters relating to it shall be governed, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws, and the Courts in Malta shall be vested with the exclusive competence and jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising therefrom.
25. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language and the English text shall be regarded as the authoritative text. If these terms and conditions are translated into any other language, any ambiguity or disagreement that may arise shall be resolved by reference to the English text.
