1. Join our (“GO”, “GO p.l.c” or “we”) Online Panel as a Trends Setter and participate in surveys and research.
2. Eligibility – Participants must be 18 years of age or over and must be lawfully residing in the Republic of Malta. GO employees, including employees of any GO p.l.c subsidiary, and their immediate family members cannot take part in the Online Panel. “immediate family members” means spouse, children, parents and siblings.
3. Share your information – You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete information including name, surname, date of birth, gender, location , nationality, email, phone, and demographic details for panel administration. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and kept up to date.
4. Your data is anonymous – All research analysis uses aggregated, anonymized data only. We never identify individual responses.
5. License for Anonymised Data: You retain ownership of your personal data. When you participate in surveys and research, you grant GO a limited and royalty-free license to use your survey responses in anonymised and/or aggregated form for research and trends analysis purposes. This license survives termination of your participation in the Online Panel and applies to all data collected prior to your withdrawal.
6. No individual tracking – We do not track or monitor your individual behaviour for analysis purposes.
7. Rewards Program– Earn points and rewards for completing surveys. Points can be redeemed for vouchers, credits, or prizes. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered in connection with the Rewards. The Rewards, or any unused portion thereof, is not transferable or exchangeable for goods and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Data rights – You can request access to, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
9. Panel Termination – We reserve the right to discontinue the Online Panel at any time. Trends Setters will be notified with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding rewards or points will be forfeited.
10. Withdraw anytime – participation in the panel is voluntary and participants always have the opportunity to decline involvement or to “opt out” of the research after agreeing to participate.
11. Participant Removal –We reserve the right to remove Trends Setters from the Online Panel at our discretion.
12. Privacy compliant – Your data is protected under GDPR and Malta’s Data Protection Act. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction – This Online Panel and all matters relating to it shall be governed, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of Malta and the Courts in Malta shall be vested with the exclusive competence and jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising therefrom.
14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity – To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss, loss of profit, or personal injury arising from participation in the Online Panel, the reward programme, redemption of rewards, or any technical failures, or service unavailability. Trends Setters agree to indemnify, and hold GO harmless, its officers and employees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions fraudulent conduct or violation of applicable law.
15. Fraud Prevention – We reserve the right to verify your identity using email, phone or ID verification, flag and investigate suspicious activity patterns, remove Trends Setters engaged in fraudulent conduct and forfeit any rewards.
16. Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
