A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the GO TV Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. Definitions

1. ‘TV Pass’ refers to the; Entertainment, and/or Movies and Series TV Packages listed in clause K of the GO TV Terms and Conditions.

C. The Offer

1. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c (‘GO’).
2. The ‘GO TV package Free Start TV Offer’(the ‘Offer’) is an Offer made on the mobile Freedom Plans provided by Us.
3. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.
4. To benefit from this Offer you must have at least one (1) TV Pass activated.
5. You will be eligible for this Offer for a maximum period of 12 months.
6. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You should not take-up this Offer.

D. Explanation of the Offer

1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.

2. Monthly Fee:

i. The Offer Price applies for a period of up to 12 months. For the avoidance of doubt, to remain eligible to this Offer during these 12 month You need to constantly remain subscribed to at least one (1) TV Pass.

ii. Once You no longer remain eligible to the Offer the standard monthly price  for Start TV as listed in clause C.7.b will become applicable if You opt to retain the service.

3. Other Offer Information:

a. The Offer is available to subscribers of any GO mobile Freedom Plan as stated in clause C.7.c.

b. The Offer starts once You opt in for it by sending an SMS.

c. This Offer is available for a limited time period.

d. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer shall not be available in conjunction with any other offer.

4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in clause K of the GO TV Terms and Conditions.

E. Other Important Terms

1. The Offer is optional.
2. As of 16th December, this Offer shall replace the TV Anywhere Lite Offer and this Offer shall be available to customers subscribing to a new Freedom Plan Agreement with Us.
3. In the event that You terminate Your mobile Freedom Plan during the 12 month period You will still continue benefitting from this Offer and these Terms & Conditions will remain applicable.
4. In the event that You terminate Your GO TV package or do not remain subscribed to at least one (1) TV Pass of the GO TV package, You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible for this Offer.
5. Should You wish to remain subscribed to Start TV after the expiry of the free Offer period, You must confirm this to Us by replying to the SMS that will be sent to You prior to the expiry of the Offer. In the case that you retain the service, the standard price stipulated in Clause C.7.b will apply. This charge will be added to Your bill.
6. Should You not inform Us of Your intention to retain Start TV before the expiry of the free Offer period, then the service will be automatically terminated.
7. You may stop the Offer at any time.
