Mobile Internet Offer when using GO TV

This is the Mobile Internet Offer when using GO TV through the GO TV app.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable since June 2020 and were last updated on 2nd February 2022.

A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for the Mobile Internet Offer when using GO TV (the ‘Offer’) and should be read in conjunction with the GO TV terms and conditions, the Bundle terms and conditions, the Tariff Plan’s terms and conditions, the Schedule of Charges and the General terms and conditions. If anything in this document is in conflict with any applicable terms and conditions, this document will take precedence.

2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

 

B. The Offer

1. This Offer is regulated by these terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions. If You do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, You should not subscribe to or make use of this Offer.

2. You can only register for this Offer if You are an active residential GO Interactive TV subscriber. Any usage charges are as described in Clauses B.3.a.i. and B.3.b.i.

3. The Offer consists of the following:

a. Access to GO TV if You have an active GO Interactive TV subscription:

b. Usage charges depends on the GO mobile tariff plan/bundle You are subscribed to:

Free of charge when used on Our mobile network and You have an active data bundle.

 

When the included data bundle allowance is consumed and/or expired, Your Tariff Plan’s or bundle’s Pay Per Use (PPU) data charges apply.
All other GO mobile tariff plans/bundles Charged from Your active data bundle and if data bundle is unavailable Your Tariff Plan’s or bundle’s PPU data charges apply.

4. The PPU rate is as described in the respective terms and conditions and/or schedule of charges.

 

C. Explanation of the Offer

1. You may benefit from this Offer as from June 2020.  This Offer and all benefits associated therewith will end at midnight (00.00pm) of 31st December 2022.

2. Access and Usage Fee:

i. The access and usage fees stated in Clauses B.3.a.i. and B.3.b.i. apply.
ii. The Offer access price is available until the 31st December 2022 from the activation date of the GO TV service or June 2020 whichever is the latter.

3.  If You are using the GO TV service on another operator’s mobile network, mobile data charges will be applied directly by the respective operator.

 

D. Other Offer Information

1. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

2. In the event that You terminate the GO Interactive TV Service and/or GO mobile tariff plan, You acknowledge that You will no longer be eligible to continue to benefit from this Offer.

3. The Offer applies only for the access of the GO TV service.  For the avoidance of doubt, other data charges may apply for usage of any other applications other than that of GO TV even if Your eligible data bundle is still available. You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be held liable in any way nor shall You be entitled to any refund or compensation for any data charges whilst using the GO TV service.

4. We employ a Fair Usage Policy which is defined as follows: “In the interests of ensuring that all Our subscribers are able to receive the best possible service and to maximise the efficient use of Network resources, We reserve the right to take steps to regulate the use of the Service made by any subscriber whose use of the Service is not comparable to other subscribers and whose use is compromising Our Network.”
