A. Your Agreement
1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the Bundled Plan’s terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.
1. ‘Residential’ means that the Premises where the Service is installed are used wholly:
a. For residential purposes;
b. As non-governmental organisational Premises, if We decide in Our sole discretion to allow the said non-governmental organisations to benefit from the Residential Bundled Plan.
C. The Offer
1. The ‘Subscribe to 2 TV Passes and Get 3rd One Free Offer’ (the ‘Offer’) is an offer made available on a Residential Bundled Plan provided by Us. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.
2. You should subscribe to Home Pack Internet and TV Bundle on the 24 month subscription option and have an active GO Interactive TV service. Furthermore, You must subscribe and commit to two (2) active TV Passes till the end of the Bundled Plan minimum term.
3. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to or take-up this Offer.
4. The Offer consists of the following:

D. Explanation of the Offer
1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.
2. Monthly Fee:
a. The monthly fee stated in Clause C.4.a. applies as follows:
i. The Offer Price applies till the end of the Bundled Plan Minimum Term, a maximum of twenty four (24) months. You should have a GO Interactive TV service in the Bundled Plan and commit to two (2) active TV passes till the end of the Bundled Plan minimum term.
ii. The monthly Standard Price of the TV Pass applies after the Offer period lapses. You will be charged for the TV Pass add-on and the related terms and conditions apply.
3. Other Offer Information:
a. The Offer is available to new and existing subscribers of the Bundled Plan specified in Clause C.4.c.
b. If You are a new subscriber, the Offer applies if You install all the Services listed in the Bundled Plan within thirty (30) days from the date when Your Application Form is accepted by Us.
c. The Offer starts from the moment Your GO Interactive TV Service is activated, or if You are an existing subscriber, the Offer starts once You subscribe to the Offer.
d. This Offer is available for a limited time period.
e. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in the Schedule of Charges.
E. Other Important Terms
1. This Offer is optional.
2. In the event that You terminate Your Bundled Plan or You do not remain subscribed to at least two (2) TV Passes, You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible for this Offer and it will automatically cease. Furthermore, if You terminate one or more of the TV Passes prior to the Bundled Plan minimum term, a penalty charge of €50 applies.
3. If activated upon Your instructions, it is subject to the terms of clauses E.4 and E.5 below.
4. If You do not wish to continue to remain subscribed to the third TV Pass after the expiry of the Offer period, You should contact Us prior to the expiry of this Offer term so that We will terminate the TV Pass.
5. If You do not inform Us of Your intention to terminate the third TV Pass before the expiry of the Offer period, then the standard price stipulated in Clause C.4.b. will apply. This charge will be added to Your Bundled Plan’s bill.
6. You may stop this Offer at any time.
