Otis (Bill Moseley) escapes prison, meets Winslow (Richard Brake), and creates a plan to get his sister Baby (Sheri Moon Zombie) out too. The Rejects manage to get into Mexico, and are soon followed by a large group of killers. Only one group can come out alive.
