How do I activate TV Anywhere?

If you are subscribed to GO’s Interactive Home Pack service, you can register your service online through a MyGO account. Once the account is created, access the ‘TV Anywhere’ part of the MyGO account and download the app and create your Preferred User ID and Password. This can be done on up to two devices.

How do I set up my Interactive TV?

You can view our User Guide for full details on how to set-up the IPTV service.

How can I get my log-in details for the GO TV app?

If you’re a GO Interactive TV customer, follow the below steps or the visual guide here to get your details. If you have a different GO TV service, or you're a non-GO customer and wish to apply for the free TV app logins with the current offer, fill in this form.

To change your GO TV password, simply:

Log in your My GO account
Click on ‘My Services’
Proceed to access your TV Anywhere account by clicking on ‘TV Anywhere’
Click on your Interactive TV number
Click on ‘Manage your logins’.
Type a new password (new passwords must be at least 4+ digits) and click on ‘Continue’.
