Got a question? Confused about something?
Our support section features a wealth of information
you can go through whenever a problem crops up.
If you are already subscribed for the GO TV service, you can get your TV credential from MyGO. To do so:
Here you will find the Default User ID which needs to be inputted in your GO TV app. For security purposes, you are not able to view your password, however, you can enter a new preferred password and save it. If you know your current password or have set a new one, use the User ID and password to log in to the GO TV app. Once you’ve done so, you’ll be able to enjoy the channels you have subscribed to.
Have you downloaded the GO TV app but have not subscribed to one of our GO TV packages? Take a look at our TV offering and fill in this form.
If you are subscribed to the GO Interactive Home Pack or the GO TV over Wi-Fi you can get your credentials for the GO TV app using MyGO.
All you need to do is:
Here you will find the Default User ID and an option where to enter your preferred password. Once you save these details, you can go into the GO TV app and enter these logins where you will have all the channels you are subscribed for.
All you need to do is select the preferred movie or episode and press download. This will take you to a download page, where you can see the progress of the downloading movie or episode. Once the download is done, you’ll be able to access the GO TV app and watch the item without internet access or using any data.
Our library of Movies & Series that you can download is constantly growing, however, not all titles have this feature yet. You would know that the movie or episode is available for download from the item info page. If there is the download icon, this means that the item is downloadable. It is important to note that the feature is only available for VOD content and not TV recordings or Catch-up.
Yes, the feature is available on Android mobile and tablet, iPhone and iPad. Having said that, the feature is not available on TV app or web browsers.
Yes, the download expires 15 days after being downloaded but it can be reactivated so that you can watch it offline. This means that the app will open the video file but not download it again, so whilst you need to be online to reactive, hardly any data would be utilised to do so.
The only limit is the space available on your device. We recommend that once you have watched a downloaded item and you do not plan to re-watch it, delete it so that you’ll make space for new items.
All downloaded items can be found under the Downloads menu item.
Just like any other download, the movie or episode would be available on the device it was downloaded on. Having said that, the movie and episode can be downloaded on as many devices as you want.
If you are not able to see the new features we have launched on your GO TV app, you might need to update the app itself.
All you need to do is go to your Play Store or App Store, and check if you have any updates. Once you update the GO TV app to the latest version, you will be able to use all of the features available.
If you are still experiencing issues, try deleting the app and downloading it again. If the problem persists, just reach out to us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Live Chat so that we can look into it.
