Our coach, Laurie, manages to keep us all on our toes with her awesome (and intense) training! Don’t worry if you’re still a newbie, you will catch up very quickly because together we manage to get through all obstacles.</p>

<p>Nothing can compete with someone’s mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, so we have initiatives in place to ensure the wellness of our people. Everyone is invited to attend various info sessions, wellbeing activities, and we also offer free counselling sessions at Richmond Foundation for any of our people who are going through a tough time. We can only enjoy success when it comes hand in hand with wellbeing.</p>

<p>We created a safe space where our people can express their views, ideas, and concerns about topics of their choice. It’s not every day that our people cross paths with all eight Chiefs, so every few months the Chiefs sit down with a team in their office, where they all converse over pastizzi, croissants, and coffee.</p>

<p>We’re nurturing and developing the next generation of tech experts. Some of our peoples’ kids are already exploiting their passion for technology by attending the coding classes being held at our offices. We look forward to seeing them become legends in the field!</p>
