Can I switch back to GO after moving to another provider?

Yes, if you were previously a GO customer and have recently ported your number to another provider, you can request to switch back to us, however, a grace period of 60 days (2 months) applies from the date your number was ported out of GO.

During this period, your current provider may not allow you to switch back unless any service issues like reception problems have been reported and logged with them. If you are experiencing issues, you should contact your current provider so they can investigate and resolve them.

After the 60-day period has passed, you can request to port your number back to us.
