Any customisations you might have added to the standard package would be billed as a one-time fee. Also where applicable, €100 for the design fee applies. These fees would only be requested once grant eligibility has been confirmed.

The design fee is FREE to GO Home Pack and/or Mobile Freedom Plan customers, so if you are subscribed to these plans and did not upgrade from the standard package, no one-time fees will apply to you.
