How can I change a technician’s appointment?

After setting up your appointment, you should have received an SMS to confirm the date and time. In this SMS you’ll find a link that will allow you to reschedule your appointment. So all you need to do is find this SMS and reschedule.

You can also view and ask questions about an upcoming appointment via the ChatBot, available via WhatsApp (+35679707970) Facebook Messenger (Facebook page) or Live Chat. Simply provide the ChatBot with the identification number against which the appointment was booked and the ChatBot will do the rest!
