Signing up again for your mobile or Home Pack contract is super easy and you’ve got a few options to choose from:
Chat with us or visit an outlet
You can sign up again by reaching out via chat or by popping into one of our outlets.
Through MyGO or the GO app
If you received an email from us letting you know it’s time to sign up again, you can follow the steps directly from MyGO or the GO app.
Alternatively, once you log in to either portal, you’ll see a banner letting you know your contract is expiring. Just tap the button, review your details and confirm your order.
As soon as you’re done, we’ll send you an email confirming your new contract, so you’re all set.
