Activating VoLTE gives you a better experience with clearer HD calls, faster connections and the ability to browse while on a call.

Follow the steps below to activate your VoLTE settings on your device.

Enable VoLTE

Step 1: Open Settings
Step 2: Tap Connections.
Step 3: Tap Mobile networks.
Step 4: Turn ON VoLTE calls.

(If you have Dual SIM, select your SIM first.)

If you don’t see the specific wording “VoLTE calls”, it may appear as:

• 4G Calling.
• LTE calls.
• Enhanced calling.
• Make sure it is switched ON.

Quick Check
To confirm VoLTE is working:

• While making a call, your phone should stay on 4G or 5G.
• If it drops to 3G or H/H+, VoLTE is not active.

If you don’t see VoLTE option:

• Restart your phone.
• Make sure your software is updated.
• Ensure your SIM card supports 4G.
• Check that mobile data is turned ON.
• Confirm your plan supports VoLTE.
