What can I do when Ethernet Cable is not detected by my Interactive TV box?

The error “Ethernet cable is not detected” usually appears when the following take place:

  1. You do not have an active internet connection
  2. The cable between your TV and the GO TV box is not connected properly

If, when connected to the internet connection from another device, your internet is also not working, then in all likelihood there is an issue with your internet connection. In this case, get in touch with us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Live Chat so that we can get to the bottom of this.

If you do have an internet connection on other devices, check that the cable from the GO box is plugged in properly to your modem. To do so:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from your GO TV box and plug it back in
  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from your modem and plug it back in
  • Switch off your TV box and switch it on again
