What can I do with MyGO?

MyGO lets you manage your services, accounts and bills.
If you link your mobile service (via SMS verification), will can:

  • View bundle balances
  • View your mobile plan
  • Buy additional bundles
  • Stop recurring bundles
  • Perform a top-up
  • View your top-up history and receipts

If you link your GO billing accounts you can do all of the above, as well as:

  • View and pay your bills
  • View your unbilled usage
  • Check and report your internet service
  • Set up your GO TV logins
  • Manage your bill delivery methods
  • View your bill’s itemisation (if this is activated), and turn off bill itemisation
  • Change your data roaming limits

You can also use the same MyGO logins to log into the GO app, where you can manage your bills and services anytime, anywhere, using our intuitive app.
