What should I do if my device is lost or stolen?

If your device goes missing, we’re here to help. If your phone supports it, you can also use features like Find My iPhone or Find My Device to lock or erase it remotely. Need a new SIM? No problem. We’ll help you transfer your number to a replacement. And as a precaution, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your account on the GO app for any unusual activity and let us know if anything doesn’t look right.
