Why is my Plug’n’GO SIM number not recognised?
Our Plug’n’GO service uses a different numbering format from standard mobile SIMs, which typically begin with 77, 78, 79 or 99.
In fact, this service is usually identified by a number starting with 400XXXXXXX, which can be found on your SIM documentation or device packaging.
If the number isn’t being recognised, please double-check that you’re using the correct Plug’n’GO details rather than a mobile or other reference number.
