Activating VoLTE & VoWiFi gives you a better experience with clearer HD calls, faster connections, the ability to browse while on a call and better coverage in tricky spots like underground.

Follow the steps below to activate your VoLTE & VoWiFi settings on your device.

Step 1: Enable VoLTE

• Open the phone dialer and enter *#*#86583#*#*.
• Once ready, go on your phone’s settings and click on SIM card Manager / settings.
• You will then find a VoLTE button. Switch this ON.

Step 2: Enable VoWIFI

First make sure that VoLTE is enabled, as VoWiFi will not work without it. If you are in doubt, please see above. Once VoLTE is activated:

• Open the phone dialer and enter *#*#869434#*#*.
• Once ready, go on your phone’s settings and click on SIM card Manager / settings.
• You will then find a VoWIFI button. Switch this ON.

To test VoWiFi, turn on Airplane mode, enable Wi-Fi only and try making a call. If the call connects, VoWiFi is working.
